IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ COMPLETELY

Health Requirements: We require proof of up-to-date vaccinations or recent titers for your dog before your dog can be allowed to join a class. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please bring a copy of your dog’s vaccination record to the first class. Puppies may join puppy class one week after their first set of puppy shots. Our goal is to provide a safe, healthy and disease-free environment. Because we offer early socialization classes with young puppies, owners of puppies enrolled in puppy class will need to show that their puppies are being kept current on the puppy vaccination schedule set by their veterinarian. Any puppy that is not kept current on vaccinations will not be allowed into class and no refund will be given.

Missed Classes: There are no make-up classes if you miss a regularly scheduled class. Owners should sign up for a class session that they can attend. Because the skills taught in class are cumulative, we encourage you to attend each scheduled class so you and your dog will make continued progress. With instructor’s permission, private sessions can be scheduled to tutor you and your dog on any class session missed. Private sessions are available at $25 per half hour, scheduled at a time convenient for both you and your instructor.

Withdrawal/Refund Polilcy: We purposely keep our classes small so that all participants can make fast progress and receive individual attention and guidance. We ask that you sign up for a class that you can attend. Full credit/transfer/refund if New Levels Dog Training cancels class. Full credit/transfer or refund minus 10% non-refundable processing fee if client cancels 7 calendar days or more in advance of class start date. No refunds if client cancels less than 7 calendar days in advance of class start date. In special situations, tuition may be transferred to another class at the discretion of New Levels Dog Training.

Payment: Payment in full is required to reserve your space in class.

  1. New Levels Dog Training, LLC, will endeavor to create a safe environment for the training and care of my dog and will endeavor to offer only sound, safe, and responsible training, care, and training instructions. However, I recognize and agree that New Levels Dog Training, LLC, is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Levels Dog Training, LLC, its members, employees, agents and representatives, from and against any and all claims for injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by or arising out of, either directly or indirectly, the actions of my dog while under New Levels Dog Training, LLC’s care and/or under my own care. I understand the inherent risks in owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites or other injury to myself or others. I understand that there may be inherent risks associated with any training, behavior modification protocol or handling of any dog, including my own. Additionally, I understand that success at any training or behavior modification endeavor cannot be guaranteed, and may be contingent upon such factors such as, but not limited to: the severity of the problem, how long the behavior has been established, how much time I devote to working with the dog and how closely I adhere to the training guidelines.
