Great Beginnings! Puppy Starter Class (for puppies 8 weeks – 16 weeks old)
Early socialization is critical to a well-balanced pup! The first 16 weeks of a puppy's life is their most critical developmental stage. This is called their primary socialization period and both positive and negative experiences during this time can affect your dog for the rest of their life. In puppies first 16 weeks, they learn how to adapt to life with their human family. Our class will help socialize your pup to new people, other puppies, noises, being handled and how to deal with potentially scary things. Start your puppy off on the right paw to a life that's free of behavior issues!
This class focuses on:
- house and crate training
- socialization
- how to handle mouthing and ankle biting
- preventing food and toy guarding
- preparing your puppy for home alone time
- body handling exercises
- how to prevent behavior problems before they develop
- loads of practical tips for raising your puppy

Puppy House Manners (for puppies 14 weeks-10 months)
Set your puppy up for a lifetime of success! Puppies need lots of practice to learn how to be a well-behaved pet. In this class, your pup will learn family manners such as sit, down, stay, coming when called, sitting politely for greetings and how to walk nicely on leash. Safe socialization with other puppies and people is included so they can continue to hone their doggie communication skills. A must for every pup!
$95 for 5-week series
Puppy Tricks (for puppies 14 weeks-10 months)
Teaching tricks to your puppy will increase his intelligence by challenging his brain to learn new things. Early training sets the tone for how your puppy interacts with you and how he feels about the training process. Trick training builds a strong, positive relationship with your puppy, deepens his trust in you and improves his attention and focus. Plus, it’s fun for you both!
$75 for 4-week series
Puppy Agility (for puppies 14 weeks-12 months)
This class builds puppy confidence through their developmental fear periods. Puppies will learn clicker training, agility skills and focus through fun games and puppy-sized agility equipment!
You’ll teach your pup to scamper up ramps, dash through tunnels and master the teeter-totter!
Perfect for helping shy puppies develop confidence and for confident puppies to develop focus and attention. Great fun for both puppy and owner!
$95 for 5-week series
Puppies must be current on their vaccination schedule and must have had their 2nd puppy vaccination at least 7 days prior to first class date

Agility
Agility is a game of accuracy and speed as handlers direct their dogs through an obstacle course. It’s the fastest growing dog sport in the country and it is fun and exciting for both you and your dog! Teach your dog to run up ramps, dash through tunnels and soar over jumps. Come and join in the fun as you and your dog learn how to perform the obstacles with precision, confidence and speed. Whether you plan to compete or just have some fun with your dog, we can teach you what agility is all about!
Intro Class (5 months & older)
This fun, confidence-building class teaches the foundation behaviors needed to be successful in Agility. Fundamentals such as contact zones, teamwork, targeting and achieving focused attention are emphasized. Your dog will learn how to perform each obstacle quickly and safely. All agility obstacles will be introduced and you and your dog will have fun learning how to successfully negotiate a short course!
$120 for 6-week series
Intermediate (6 months & older)
This class builds on skills learned in Intro and introduces handling skills, distance work, jumping skills, crosses and off-leash control. You and your dog will start to develop speed and mastery on obstacles while running short courses.

Competition (1 year & older)
This class covers course handling strategies, advanced techniques, agility scoring and rules and regulations covering trialing. You will learn how to read a course map, how to walk a course and how to set your dog’s line. You will learn how your body language affects your handling and your dogs understanding of their path on the course. As a team, you and your dog will build proficiency running challenging sequences and courses. Prepare for competition level performance or fine-tune your on-course teamwork.
